Shipping 

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless items come damaged or broken. All sales are final. You have 3 days after your order is delivered to report any issues.  If there is a problem with your order please email us: moonlightroselashes@gmail.com 


Q: What if my order never arrived.

A: Please check with your local post office. We are NOT responsible for packages once they are shipped. 


Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Please allow 3-5 business days for your package to arrive. Note that orders may take up to 3 business days to process. Shipping times may be longer for international orders . See individual listings for presale information. 


Q: Can I cancel or change my order? 

A: Yes. You have 24 hours to cancel or change your order. After that it can not be changed or canceled. 


Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship to the United States, Australia the United Kingdom and Canada. We are looking into expanding to more countries. If you want us to ship to your country send us a dm or email!

Q: Who are the characters on your packaging?

A: The characters on our packaging original characters that we’ve created. All characters are from our book Mystic Sisters if you want to check it out you can read it here.

Q:Are your products cruelty free? 

A:Yes! Our lashes are faux mink and we test our makeup products on ourselves.


Q: Can my lashes be reused? 

A: Yes. With proper cleaning lashes can be used multiple times. 

Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: Any orders that are marked a high risk or spam will be canceled. If you have questions about your order then please email or dm us.
